NordicTV respects intellectual-property rights. This page explains how rights holders may report allegedly infringing material associated with NordicTV services and how affected parties may respond.
Submitting a copyright notice
Email notices to support@nordictv.io with the subject โDMCA Takedown Noticeโ or โCopyright Noticeโ. Include: your full legal name and contact details; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL or other precise location of the material; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder; and your physical or electronic signature.
Review and action
We review complete notices in good faith. Where appropriate and within our technical and legal capacity, we may request more information, forward a notice to the relevant party, restrict access, remove material, or take other appropriate action. Receipt of a notice does not itself establish infringement.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed or restricted by mistake, email support@nordictv.io with the subject โDMCA Counter-Notificationโ, your contact details, identification of the material and its prior location, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, consent to the relevant jurisdiction where required, and your signature.
Repeat infringement and misuse
We may take proportionate action in response to repeated valid notices or misuse of the process. Deliberately false or misleading notices may create legal liability.
Privacy and legal notice
Information in notices may be shared with affected parties, service providers or authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary to process the request. This policy is procedural information, not legal advice.
